Abstract

Dental care for children with epidermolysis bullosa (EB) is an immense challenge for dental practice as it is a group of inherited disorders that manifest blistering of skin and mucous membranes due to soft brush or trauma. They have multiple orofacial manifestations requiring a specific interdisciplinary treatment protocol that includes a high preventive component. The most important items will be described and the possibilities of personalized comprehensive oral rehabilitation.
